This week I would like to bring your attention to Flux. An image generation company that is kicking everybody's butts, and now you can make use of it in Texti.app as well 😉
The highlights of the week:
Flux: is a new model that makes your images really cool. Basically there's a new really well trained image generation model, that is free, and is competing with Midjourney, it's here out of the blue, from a company nobody has heard before.

Flux
Now flux is turning the image generation industry upside down. Out of nowhere, from the requests of none, they just showed up and kicked everybody in the balls. Yes it misses out on features and documentation, but it's hell-a-good! All images in this newsletter were generated using Flux (with texti.app, try it yourself).
I mean the images look really stunning, they are hands down on the same level as Midjourney.
Flux comes in 3 flavours, Dev, Realistic and Pro. Texti is using only the best model of course which is the Pro model. This model is really hi definition and listens to your prompt pretty precisely.
A key feature that was missing until now on any other model, besides midjourney of course, is adding text into images.
As you can see from the cover image of this blog post, text is embodies in the picture, and it does not have artifacts/malformations 🎉. That said, I had a rough time getting the text out of the prompt. It just never wants to add it :\ I had to run like 5-6 attempts before the desired image appeared. Never the less when I learned how to do it, it appeared every time and it was flawless. 💅
To add text to a generated image, your prompt must start with the desired text first. Something like: text ["YOUR TEXT"], [TEXT STYLE], [TEXT POSITION][Environment (Optional)], [Style (Optional)], [Color Palette (Optional)] and then hit enter. Example:
[TEXT] text: "You are now a planet" [TEXT STYLE]: the text is covered in moss [TEXT POSITION]: and is situated on the surface of the moon [Environment]: - [Style] realistic [Color Palette] dark colors All together: text: "You are now a planet", the text is covered in moss, and is situated on the surface of the moon, realistic, dark colors.

That said you can also just generate images without a text.
Prompt: A blue lagoon landscape, with tall mountains around, white sand beach, and dark horses running around.
